Refund policy
We have a 90-day return worry free policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may return any products for a full return as we guarantee our products.
Please provide us with the original order number so we can process your return properly. For product damages and incorrect items please make sure to include photos so we can process your return properly.
To start a return, you can contact us at cs@realfruitbody.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Placing a new order is the fastest way to ensure low in inventory items are secured. You may send us an email to return/exchange your item. State the reason(s) and which item, and order number you're referencing. We can accommodate your request as received.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
